Default Shooting Sports

Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if any of you are doing, or have done, shooting sports through 4H?
This is my first year to do it, and I am very excited about it!!
If you know anything about it, please let me know some of your personal experiences and what does/doesn't work the best, in the different events.
Thanks, and Good huntin'
SH

Hi~
Glad to meet someone else who shoots for competition! I love to compete in almost anything, so this is a new challenge for me, and I'm so ready to get started!
Congrats on getting second place! That is great! I know it is hard work, and takes alot of time and practice. I'm sure you rightly deserved to win the prize.
Good luck in the future,

I usually shoot with my Winchester pump 20 gauge. It is a really sweet gun!

hg~
Thanks for the information...we will be shooting 3-d, clay, trap, and everything in between. I am finally getting my first bow, so I will be doing archery, in addition to muzzeloader, shotgun, rifle, pellet pistol, and .22.

Some of the high schools around here had Rifle as a sport, .22 rifles, but since Columbine they cancelled those programs.
