Nice tall horse! while I support the right to slaughter horses, it is sad that so many well bred horses go there. horses are very special. I really like my horse, cody. I like quarter horses but I' ve never tried anything else except a tenn. walker.

ok... a Native American show horse is something we do out here at powows... all of us Sauk, Fox, Obejiwa, Blackfoot, and the rest of the Algonkin nation compete for the best looking horse after it is all painted up and you have to make sure it is painted for the right ceremony, hunting trip, ect. for example... if you wanted to paint your horse to go hunting, you would put a circle around his eye because you want your horse to see well.. you would put a lightening bolt down his front shoulders and legs because you want him to be quick on his feet and so on and so on.. you also have to have the best manuverability.. it' s not all about show... if you;re competing in the hunting part, you have to ride bareback at a canter (fast trot) and shoot a target within two lines of a bullseye to qualify with a traditional bow and arrow... rough competition but very fun

well i' m certainly not wealthy and what fancy clothes i do have are reserved for prom or work... otherwise you' ll find me in knee high deer skin boots, deer skin mini skirt or store bought pants from the nearest mall (85 miles away) and a tight shirt...and as for riding in circles i' d probably get VERY dizzy VERY fast... voila c' est moi

i dont know much bout horses, but my uncle does. i want one but my pa dont wanna get one. it aint like we dont got the supplies we got a farm but full of cows.

around my area all there is tennessee walking horses.i live about 7 miles from where they have the championship.and i live about 600 yards from where strolling jim the first world grand champion walking horse is buried ,the horse is buried wright be hind the walking horse hotel in wartrace ,tn.the new champion for this year is the horse called the whole nine yards.
