RE: how many acres
My relatives (who are also the people I work for)own 60% of the county I live in, and they give me permission. So I have my choice of 25,000+ acres (not all of that is huntable). But I have spread myslef too thin in the past, trying to cover all that ground.
I have in narrowed down to 300 select acres (on 3 different properties)this year

Nonresident Combined Deer Archery: $251
That's 1 buck AND 1 doe.
Also, we don't have any lottery of special area type hunts. We don't deal with that kind of crap[8D].Buy your license (tags are included in that price) and you can hunt ANYWHERE in the state.
(Damn that's pretty cheap, I had no idea)

RE: how many acres
Ok this is ridiculous. I'm looking through nonresident prices now[8D]and it is freaking cheap for out-of-staters to hunt here.
Check out these prices:
Turkey $10
Waterfowl $10
Archery (1 doe) $50

Man Will, me and Caleb may have to make the trip out there. Just kiddin, but the tags here in Missouri are pretty cheap too for non-res. We'll have to get some hunts together in the next couple of years
