Let him hunt a place that is somewhere near a road or house or something...Ivegotten freaked out before walking in while its still dark, but it was just becasue I had seen a mountail lion a few months earlierat that place

if hes scared of being out there then he just needs to spend more time in the woods, till he feels more comftroble. secondly, if its mountain lions scaring him, tell him some statisctics of how few people are attacked by them a year!

he will grow out of it, i use to be freaked out when i use to hunt at my cottage and walk back in the dark by myself, we have a crap load of bears and a mountain lion was seen by the cottage near us. but my dad just kinda left me out in the bush one day and told me to stay there untiluntil it was dark and thehn walk back. and im not goingt o lie, every noise scared the crap out of me, but after a couple times you just get use to it, but you never can get rid of the feeling that something is watching you, when you can barely see where your going.
