22 is alot easier
Yes, a .22 is a lot easier, but it's not as challenging as a .177 pelllet gun.

I got a bunch of houses around me and i use a baseball bat. Its alot quieter and works just as good. But the animals here are used to being close to people.

cesar this is a grackle
http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGuide/Common_Grackle.html

the only reason i shoot them is that they along with starlings and crows, will take over feeders, and not let any other birds eat. such a finches, jays, cardinals, birds you like to see.

Mostly squirrels and doves. Sometimes ill be bored and get a bunch of crows though. I can usually get my limit on squirrels and doves in about an hour walking around with a baseball bat and a bag to put them in.

I hate grackles and blackbirds. Ever since I started shooting at them, they never come around. They fear me!
