Default Young Hunter Success Poll

All the other forums have success polls, so why not us young hunters? Tell us about your trophies and what you used to take them and where you hunt!

I'll start. The day after bow season I took a spike with my PSE Spyder. Nov. 2nd I shot my biggest buck yet, a decent 8 pointer (almost a 9) and the day after Thanksgiving (Friday) I shot a doe, both with my Remington 7mm-08 here in Georgia.

-Timba
2 deer with a bow, 7 deer and 1 hog (and counting) with a gun

Preserve your hunting rights- Spay or neuter a liberal

This year I got a big bodied spike and a huge bodied 5x4 with a 18 in inside spread. It would have been a 5x5 but he broke off his brow tine. I shot them both with my winchester mod. 70 featherweight in .270 win.

a button buck and a 6 ptr. with my bow.
Another button buck with the smoke pole.
I thought that both of the buttons were does, I even watched the button I shot with the muzzleloader in the scope for 2 minutes looking for buttons before i took the shot.

I just shot my first deer a doe with my Smith and Wesson model 1500 in 243 win. It was pretty cool to use that gun cause its the same gun my dad shot his first deer with.

Save the sport. Take a kid hunting twice and hook them for life!!!
