How old are you...then I'll tell you whether or not to start worrying about girls. If I could tell people when or how to do it. I would. But...I sure as heck wouldn't lose any sleep over not having a woman. Doesn't really matter up until college anyways (cause the you can get married to the girls).

Well for one you cant get a picture turned the right way. Girls will come around but at the same time dont wait for them to come to you. You look a little young to be worried too much about it anyway.

My advice - dont worry about it until you get to be my age - I'm gonna be 23 in October - no girlfriend after 4 years of college - thats why I'm goin back for my 5th! - seriously - from the experience I have had/have seen others have - relationships when you are young(er) don't usually amount to anything much - some will end in marriage - but not many - if the right opportunity comes along - take it - but dont go out just looking for a girlfriend - that usually doesnt work. - My $.02 - take it for what its worth
