The food plot is doing great!!
I finally got down to the lease yesterday to check out my newest food plot. I haven' t seen it since a week after it was planted and it' s really doing good.
Here is a picture the day I planted it.
Here is what it looks like now.
This plot was planted in Alyce clover and had I known we were going to get as much rain as we have I would have gone with a perenial clover. The Alyce clover is already 8 to 12 inches tall. I also did a border of fescue and it is about waist high. The deer are just starting to feed in it. This is the first time I' ve had a new food plot take off like this one has.
