mono and di-cal difference?

Default mono and di-cal difference?

my local feed store tells me they are the same thing except the mono has 21% phosphorous as compared to the di -cal which has 18%. does anyone know if the mono is the same?

my local agway only carries the mono calcium phosphate and they claim its what penn state uses in there deer mineral mix so im trying to verify?
