Game Feeders

RE: Game Feeders
I use feeders to keep deer on the property I hunt. I don't hunt over the feeders, That would be a little too easy. Make sure feeders are legal where you hunt. I feed protein rather than corn. It just seems to work better and it should. It costs 2X the price of corn. My feeders are On-Time placed on 30gal drums.

I have this one from American Hunter:
Mine has had a gel cell battery and solar panel charger added for a total cost of $165 delivered right to my door . It holds 225 lbs. of feed , stands 8' tall , and has an analog timer . The local coons may make the purchase of the Varmint Buster option appealing as time goes by .

we do a little of it all.we have food plots, automatic feeders , mineral blocks , water holders , wallows for the hogs.you name it we do it.(as long as it's legal)
check your regs. first and if it OK feeders work great.I use corn because it's cheaper(I put out the menerals anyway) and the deer, hogs, turkeys, and all other sorts of game like it.I have it delivered by the Ton. we have 7 automatic feeders running year round.
a moultrie eccono feeder is only like $29.00 at wal-mart,a 30 gal. garbage can with a long bolt through it to keep it from collapping and a use boat wench to pull it up with will run you around $65.00 to $75.00 and will last for years.
the moultries are the cheaper ones, but I have some that are 10 years old.
good luck with what ever you try.
