granola bars, jerky, crackers, sandwiches, anything i can get in a small tupperware container. plastic bag will work too. i usually have a bottle of gatorade and two bottles of water in my daypack too.

If I plan on eating anything with a crinkly wrapper, before I go out I will unwrap it and then rewrap in a paper towel and tape it up. Cuts down on all the noise.....get's a little messy sometimes (with granola bars and such) but I'd rather put up with that than the noise.

Usually a water bottle, three small bags of Quaker Cereal Bites, maybe a Quaker Breadfast Square or two. That keeps me going all day, and I'm a big guy (6'5" 280).

Depends -
In Adirondaks when I could be out all day I take the following: couple fruit bars and maybe a pack of crackers and/or jekey it i have any and a soda. I carry it in my fanny pack. Also will have a soda (or beer) on the ATV for when i'm done hikin out of the woods.
At home we don't stay out all day and the camp is never very far away. but i will stay out most of the day on some days (bow and gun).. If so, i'll generally take the same as above.
