Default minnesota hunters i need help with feeding/baiting laws - confusing

Mn. laws 2004 states you CANT take grain from where it was grown and put it in your hunting area for bait/lure/food whatever ya wanna call it,

ex. i cant take apples and put them where an apple tree isnt

but if you own the land CAN u put feeders on it ? i am confused about what is legal and what is not, i really just want to feed the deer thro tough winters--yah right

HELP i am an idiot who respects the law- can anyone clarify this for me?? thanks in advance

There is no law against feeding deer but you better not get caught hunting near the area you are feeding them.
