#133 does the trick for me. You can call them and get a list of distributors you can order from. (they have a 40 case minimum)
Their seasonings come in packages to be used with 25 lbs of meat. We just pair it down for what we are using. You can use a dehydrator or your oven. This is the best stuff I've found.
Hope that helps.

RE: jerky recipe
Try this,
10 lbs, very lean trimmed meat cut no more than 1/8 to 1/4 thick.
splash of olive oil, less than 1/8 cup
Teriaki merinade
Soy sauce
Honey
salt/pepper
Chili power, How hot do you want? be careful
Cheyene pepper, how hot do you want? be careful
Garlic power
Place meet in a glass bowl and cover with ingredients, mix, cover with foil and put in the ice box, stire every couple of hours. Needs at least 4 hours to sit but over night is better.
Stick in your dehydrator and be ready.
