Default Big Pennsylvania Buck

Shot in Luzerne County, PA (not by me) on Monday. It scores around 148. It's a 8-point frame with a split brow tine and lots of trash around the bases.

Nice buck, I'm surprised he didn't have more points than he does for his rack size and width. Otherwise, great deer!

Unfortunately I didn't shoot this one. I got a 6-pointer in archery. This one was shot nearby. I just wanted to post it to show that PA can produce some monsters even though they are known for their dinks.

We need some of those genetics down here in Mississippi. If you ever see his brother, tell him he has a full paid scholarship at the Caney Creek WMA.
