Of those three, my choice would be dirt! A scent killer spray flavored with earth is one of my favorites!

I place my clothes in a rubbermaid container with area materials for where I am hunting. So I guess whatever is natural would be suggestion. However when in the field I use scentfree sprays now, I used to boil a homebrew mixture but it really didn't do anything the scentfree sprays does.

Sure it will BK. You can also paddy a few cow piles up and put them in your coat pockets. If they're fresh, then your new scent paddies can become dual purpose hand warmers too. Try it out and let us know how you like it.

All kidding aside, cow manure should work fine as a cover scent if cows are in your hunting area.

I go as scent-free as possible! I put my clothes in an air tight container with a few pine boughs sometimes. Other than that I will use plain old baking soda as a scent killer! It works as well or better than the expensive stuff!

I've been using the fresh earth spray and scent wafers the past three years. But now I'm thinking about trying to be as scent free as possible. I think the fresh earth scent that is manufactured isn't natural to the deer. If anything I would use dirt and leaves from the spot I'm hunting. I might try some deer dander this year. I'm still up in the air about it. I've heard some good things about it and think it might be worth a try.
