Fallow are excellent fair. Had some smoke sausage made up and the strap is absolutely every bit as good as Axis. On our ranch/land we have several breeds of exotics. I have harvested now the fallow the axis, the whitetail a hog and David a fellow member has harvested two Aoudad.
