This deer was hit by a car near Three Lakes in Northern Wisconsin. The complete story can be found at http://www.wisconsinoutdoornews.com. Good reading....
The rack shown on the deer in this link is quite different than the rack shown on the buck at the beginning of this post. It looks to me like a completely different buck.

Jimbo; Your looking at the wrong pic. Click on title for this pic. The opening pic is from last year.

Can I shoot an albino deer?
No. Hunting, trapping or possession of albino deer is prohibited. An albino deer is a deer with a lack, or significant deficiency, of pigment in the skin and hair, and has pink eyes. White deer that are not albino can be taken during deer seasons.

This is from Tennessee law that I just came across while looking at their website.

It sure is a nice looking deer. You can tell that it definitely isn't the same "tame" deer as was hit and killed by the vehicle. The racks are much different in color. Does anyone know where this deer was shot? I live in Nebraska and have never seen an albino deer, except here in the forum. I think that it would be cool to see a herd with a few of these kind in there.
