If the guy is breaking the law, involve law enforcement officials. Video tape it if you need to. At this point there' s no point in warning that it will cause problems between you and your neighbor.

You' ve given two good choices so it' s a tough call.As already stated, it could be you who ends up in cuffs. Is it illeagal to shoot fawns in your area??I' m definately on your side on the morality issue, but is it truely illeagal? If not the GW won' t do anything, afterall hundreds of deer are wouned every year by idiots who are wannabe hunters. If his permit doesn' t cover his a$$, call the GW right away, before he can puchase a proper tag. Whatever you do, make sure you realize the end result before you take action.I know how you feel, morons like that make me want to reach out and touch someone too.[:@][:@]

Hmmmm,
" .....praying to God to help me NOT to draw my Glock .45 and blast the both of them away..." That' s a nice little comment there. You need to see a doctor about your anger management (actually lack there of). Individuals who are lawfully (are you?) possessing and carrying weapons and think this way are just plain dangerous. A serious incident waiting to happen. Bad temper + poor judgement = PROBLEMS! Is that deer worth a prison term of LIFE? DEATH PENALTY? I an see the bad headlines now (and stigma the rest of us hunters will be labeled with)....." HUNTING JUDGE, JURY & EXECUTIONER TRIAL TO START TODAY" .
" .....kicking in his door on his trailor (trailer) and beating his ass....." Here' s another example of your textbook classic bad temper + poor judgement = PROBLEMS! To simplify it for you, I will list the unavoidable problems (charges) in the order that I predict the State' s Attorney (or maybe Asst. SA) would file them.......
Problem #1 - Felony Criminal Trespass (due to intent to cause harm)
Problem #2 - Felony B & E (due to intent to cause harm)
Problem #3 - Felony Home Invasion (due to intent to cause harm)
Problem #4 - Felony A & B (obviously due to the intent to cause harm)
Those are the criminal problems. Don' t forget the civil suits for property damage, medical costs, etc... Do you have a family (i.e. wife & kids)? They' ll be suffering right along with you. You' ll get three squares and a cot, will they be able to afford it with all the attorneys costs and settlements?
Anger management is a logical place to start - before you' re in way over your head!
I can see your dissatisfaction, but a talk with the REAL landowner and some communication can really help to avoid these sort of things from BECOMING REALITY. I sense you' re more of a talker out here in cyberspace that the big ass kicker you cast yourself as.
I would guess that if you did call the Game Warden or Conservation Police and portrayed things in the manner which you have on this site, the law would be keeping more of an eye on YOU!
Gotta keep things in perspective man. Folks need to STOP and consider the true value of things BEFORE placing their bets. Cause you can' t pull your bet back in!.
Last point (for now). You said...." he doesn' t have a license just a landowners permit....." How would you even know something such as this? Have you personally been through his wallet (that' s where I keep mine)? Do you know someone who has personally been through his wallet?

Well smartass/knowitall I know about his permit (if you can read) he is a freind of my wifes uncle. They know each other. Its called communication which you said I didn' t have, thats the sort of things that come out when talking about this guy. Yes I carry a pistol and a pair of brassknuckles with me everywhere I go. WHY? PPl like you and him. I see by the way YOU portray yourself on here that your the upity hunter that always has a better story, bigger deer and have better things than anyone else. Further more this is a message board, you cannot figure out someone by what they type cause...........THATS WHAT YOU DO ON A BOARD. Its all letters and periods and complete sentences. You know nothing of me cept the things I put on here. You come to Northwest TN and I will personlly show you my anger management and my " big ass kicker" I portray on here. Mind your buisness, don' t wase my time reading your cockamania bull****. Go sit in your stand thats better than everyone elses, in your little woods thats bigger than anyone elses and maybe you should take your sling in your rifle and hang yourself with it.

Kicking in somebodies door sounds like a good way to end up in the morgue wearing nothing but a toe tag. Anybody trys to kick in my door or most of my neighbors will likely end up just that way.
Fawns at this time if year are just as legal in most states that have a doe season as any other deer, here in Georgia, the deer are so small that the difference between a (at this time of year) 5 month old fawn and an adult doe is not that great and at distances beyond 50 yards or so is pretty difficult to judge.
