Non resident Idaho deer tag
So my friend has a problem, he did not get his non resident deer tag before they were sold out of them for the 2019 season in Idaho. He bought the plane ticket several months before he even thought about buying the tag. As of September 13th they sold out statewide for OTC tags. The only option he has is to get one from a non resident that had bought one and did not participate in a hunt at all in Idaho and would be willing sign an affidavit stating that he did not hunt. Then my friend could possibly pay that person the full amount of the tag to reimburse them for there tag. If anyone on here knows anyone that has either had the misfortune of not going or is not going please could you help my friend out. I have my tag so he is pretty much SOL unless he can get a tag from someone. Thanks for reading!!!
