Typical would like a 8 point ,4 on each side and very even. A non typical would be uneven or have a basic typical frame but also with points stuck at unusal places. Like double brbrow tines ,drop tines, a twisted up messd of points,split points and so forth.

Exactly. A typical set of antlers is symetrical. That is why in the P&Y and Boone and Crockett records there is a deduction for the differences between the right antler and the left. Buckmasters has a program which recognizes evry inch of antler. Typical is balanced and non-typical is an out of balance rack.
