WOW Did you see the epicode or A Hunters Life
Seen it tonight on the Sportsman Channel .
There were 4 guys hunting after hunting for axis deer , at the FTW ranch I believe in Texas ?
I was on my computor and watching it on an off and could not believe that I seen one guy trip behind another on a rock and his rifle went off shoot the elder guy in the stomache area .
They played the hole thing out by calling 911 and getting a truck to there location etc .
Then Bob wakes up . It was a dream ,.
Holy crap I thought it actualy happend , Realy makes a person come to relization in a hurry ..

I had a Timney trigger put on my Ruger model 77 years ago and it wasn't right after that. I closed the bolt with the gun pointed to the ground and blew a big hole in the ground. Another time I shot a deer, tried to shoot another and couldn't get the button to stay back as I closed the bolt. Finally it stayed back but went off when I took the safety off. I had that gun looked at by 4 gunsmiths but none could fix it. Finally sold it to a gun shop with the original trigger and told them what was wrong with it. I hope to heck they fixed it for good before reselling it.
I knew before but the point was driven home with that gun to always keep the safety on, finger away from the trigger and the gun pointed in a safe direction.
