illinois hunting
I know this season is barely over but planning nnext season already. Looking for information on non resident hunting in ILlinois. Was on Illinois DNR web sight and looking for information on what age are you considered a youth, in WIS. it is 17. When do you start sending in for lottery for rifle hunting do you have to send entire fee in or is there an application fee and when draw send balance in. What is the percentage of people getting a non resident tag. Any help would greatly be appreciated

You can apply online on April 1st thru the end of the month for the first lottery drawing, that is if you are talking firearm, shotgun or muzzleloader only. No centerfire rifles! Check the site. All the info you need is on there.
