Shot this eight pointer on opening morning in western MD (11/30/13)
9:30 AM came dogging three does.
id estimate 3 1/2 years of age dont have the lower jaw because i just cut the antlers off, i've done enough European mounts to know ages pretty decent though lol

Green scored 113 and some change net
around five inches of deductions
main beams are both an even 19 1/2
not a monster, but a great looking buck and a morning I'll never forget

Here is a buck I shot back in 2011, I had watched him all bow season but he would never come closer than 70 yards. He did the exact same thing a week into rifle season but was able to make the shot. Check his mane out on his neck. 163 gross typical
