Shot a doe one day with my ML. Swore I reloaded immediately as always so that night just took the primer out. Next day went back again. More does came in, lined one up and pulled the trigger. PUFF. Calmly got another primer in and aimed again. PUFF. By this point I should have realized that if the gun were loaded I would not hear the primer blow, but I did not. Luckily I had a second ML with me, so I did end up getting a doe that night. It wasn't until I got home that night and pulled the breechplug to push the load that I realized it was empty.

wearing coverall i forgot to pull them out from under my drop zone thought the arm sleeve felt heavy besides that it was playing with my knife years ago near my bow string what a great twenty minute hunt

Switched jackets the next day while muzzle loading left primers and extra charges, etc. in old jacket. Of course I found this out once I got into my stand! Got down drove 6 miles home to retrieve my stuff. Back in my stand and 20 minutes later nailed a 6 pointer... It's all about timing I guess??? I should leave my stuff at home more ofter

Oh where to begin.

Drove an hour and a half to hunt with some guys and forgot my gun.

When I was a kid I used to shoot alot of pigons, left 1 in the gun cause when i checked to see if it was empty, the shot went off the barn floor.

Those have to be my best (uh worst) 2
