You should move your stand or stay mobile. How come you did not take the shot when you had the oppertunity. You usually only get one chance but I'm sure there is more than one buck in your location...

I would have to get permission from him but that would be real cool, Im hoping we get this snowstorm theyre calling for on friday night. Im just worried about putting up a stand in that thicket and causing too much comotion and running them all out. Could I sit on the ground? Where do you hunt in Stafford?

O.K., I don't hunt in Stafford. I have permission to hunt in Orange. The guys really hit'em hard. Not as bad as the cars did in Oct. though. I would LOVE to hook up with you to hunt. NOT broke back mountain though, I'm married. You are soooooooo close to getting him.

You know I've never harvested a Bear. Have you seen any of them around?

they usually move right at sunset and you have a halfhour after that
Thats it exactly. I got out last night at 4:00. At 4:30 I had two groups of 3 does come by. At 4:50 I had a buck come trailing and I took him at 5:10.

That was in Rappahanock.

Hunt the evening. But you got to get out, if your not out, your not getting them.
