These are way over priced. I bought a bunch for a my friend from a shop in NC and they were only $3 a piece I think.

Not 100% sure, but I think almost all states have laws stating that a property owner has to let you on to his property to recovery game. Sure the game warden might have to accompany you, but they cannot flat out deny you access to recover game.

I know what it feels like to have stuff stolen from you, when I was deployed in the navy I had someone break into my apartment once and steal a bunch of stuff from me, including a rifle. About a year after that when my submarine was deployed again, someone else broke into my apartment and stole some stuff again. I hate thieves too.

Default Those Thieves are amazing

They must have those gps's that hone right in on foot pegs.
And those folks don't seem to get lost, stealing either.
