People who bait are just flat out lazy!No if's and's or but's about it.
Thanks for your opinion.

If you think hunting is too easy, come on up to northern New England.
No cameras, no baiting, just miles of woods with the deer population lower than you probably have ever experienced.
We have some of the biggest bucks in the country that dress well over 200 pounds. The kind of deer that will take you breath away.

So, if you want a real challenge, c'mon up and spend a week hunting these big bucks.
You might be lucky enough just to see one.

Just do the same for me?
I think they made a movie about this...

I know lots of people put feeders out in the summer and then empty them by Sept. 1 simply to get the deer used to coming on their land.

If its "too easy" for you and not a challenge...... or you think it has lost some of its fun,try and seehow "easy" it is to get on mature bucks with a bow.

Nice deer by the way

yes, i do live near the shenandoah national park,1.3 miles from the boundry. i do not have any land to hunt that boarders the park. thats where they are payin big fees to lease land and then baiting all year round. i can surely show you some farms that the guys that hunt them are 'to lazy to hunt'. they bait and sit in there trucks til a nice buck comes along. andthey call that hunting.

jimmys ,sounds like you need to move. if i come up there ,i may just kill the few deer you have left. no thanks on the invite there are plenty of deer and bear right here . we just got to let them spred out again after the baiting is stopped.

wrshooter - why would you go and get in someones business? if they want to bait, let them bait. i hunt over bait frequently. not always but sometimes. speeding is illegal, but im sure you do it sometimes as well. if that is how they want to do it, why would you get in there business. do you drive down the stree and call the cops on everyone who speeds over the legal limit? honestly it sounds like you should mind a little of your own business. and calling them lazy is ridiculus. and so what if someone sits in their truck and shoots deer if thats hwo they really like to do it. sometimes ill sit in my neighbor's backporch and shoot a deer right off his balcony, so what. get over it. im sure not everyone agrees, but its my opinion. how would you like it if people followed you around and reported to the police every little thing you do, whether its speeding, jwalking, etc

and like you said you obviously shot 3 nice deer, so why are you complaining about others? i dont understand

but by the way, those are some nice deer definitely - whether you shot them in 100,000acres of national forest or off your friends balcony-they are nice

No thanks, I don't need to move. I still prefer hunting these big bucks up here. The most difficult thing I have ever tried to do successfully and consistently. And although I have done it successfully, doing it consistently can be challenging at best. Besides, if I want to shoot a deer or a decent buck I can do it here as well or I can hunt VA.
It's the bruiser that gets my heart pumping. I don't even have to see them, just knowing they're in the same woods makes the hunt.

One last point - nice deer, you done good!

you go right ahead and hunt the anyway you like. if you had a great place to hunt and it was illegal to bait during hunting season and the guy on the next farm ,in plain sight was killing 15-20 bucks a season over bait from his truck , you'd be pissed to. yes , he is a LAZY killer ,not a hunter

i could shoot lots of deer and bear in my yard, but i just don't do it. like i say i like hunt, bait hunters just like to kill. there is a big differents.
