Boil them, or bury them for while.

Don't let the hide dry. It's easiest when the hide is soft/somewhat fresh, and just cut it off with knife.

yup..

mine, took cut off horns and boiled in water for about 30 mins. Not the antlers but plate !

let it cool down over night and went to cutting away..

may even clean plate with clorox & water mix, after skinned (plate only.. not horns or base)..

Boil for an hour no more than hour and a half,do not let the actual antler itself be in the water. Take them immediately to your local carwash and it will all come off by pressure washing it

Boil it and rip it off with your hands. Done in 3 minutes.
