Very nice buck!
I am still trying to top my 2004 Alfalfa county muzzleloader buck, but I haven't even come close. YET...
He was 14 scoreable points and scored 178". He weighed 265# on the hoof and 197 gutted.

It is hard to judge body size from pictures, but that deer looks bigger than 150 pound.
I also found a picture of my buck from this year on my Camtrakker after he was dead. This picture was taken about a quarter of a mile from where I shot him. It is hard to believe, but this buck weighed 245 on the hoof and 185 gutted. He doesn't look that big to me.

To answer your duck hunting question, my family "controls" (owned or leased land on both sides) about 5 miles of the Salt Fork river one mile north of the Salt Plain refuge, and I am not even much of a duck hunter.
During muzzleloader season, I saw THOUSANDS of ducks, geese, and sandhill cranes, but my Dad did some hunting this week and didn't see too much. There is too much water this year so finding the duck is tougher than normal.
Here is my son and his dog from last year.
