We have parks like that here in Northern VA, not 200 deer per square mile and not 1200 acres though. But the police go in at night with rifles and night vision and shoot the deer, however there not very good at it. lol. The deer seem to have them pegged. Certain parks they have opened for archery hunting, its hard to get on, but it has worked a lot better, Lyme disease has become a big problem, my buddies dog died from it and so did a neighbor down the street, he lives next to a park, that averages 120 deer per square mile not nearly as bad.
