Our regular gun season starts on the 22nd. Bowhunters are reporting that deer are few and far between, so I don't think this gun season will be very good. I blame the wolves.

I live in west central wisconsin been out bow hunting alot in the last two weeks. Nothing at first but the last three days I have seen 14 a day, gun season is going to be good this year cant wait.

rifle season opens the 15th here. it wont be that much of a change to me because i have been muzzleloading for 2 weeks now. Not much of a problem when it comes to range with a muzzleloader where i hunt. most shots are under 150 yards.
but yea i cant wait till rifle season. get to bring out the trusty .243, and my new 30-06
