Default Browning A bolt question?

I just bought a used browning A bolt medallion 300 win mag. And i was wondering what the medallion means? Is it worth more? Limited edition? Or nothing at all?

High gloss wood and barrel blue = Medallion. Low luster wood andbarrelblue(matte) = Abolt Hunter.

Just means dont scratch it! I got the stainless stalker, stainless steel and plastic. Beautiful rifle you have, I'm too careless to have one like it. I do have a grade III citori that I almost hate to take dove hunting.

The Medallion is a fancier looking gun,higher luster of clear coat,more engraving,more checkeringand more expensive Rifle!I hate to take my Browning Medallion .270 WSM Rifle out in nasty weather...but it was made to hunt with! [&:]
