Where I hunt, there's maybe a few spots where you could actually see a part of a deer at 100 yards....maybe 120 with snow on the ground. I've taken 2 that I know were over 100, and a doe 2 years ago at 93 yards (rangefinder), other than that they've all been in the 35 to75 yard range.
