Took my LaCrosse boots back and went out and bought a pair of Woody Max Muck Boots. The smell of rubber is almost non-perceptible, even sniffing up close, and I smelled nothing of the boots out in the woods. I'm very happy I made the switch. Thanks for the suggestions guys! I gotta have rubber boots. I hunt swamp land.

rubber boots are still the best to go with though as they do not hold scent in like material or neoprene boots might..if you can finda pair that dont smell like a new set of tires..i own a pair of older lacrosse and ill use them till they wear out..then ill have to do some shopping
