    I had a yote eat the arse of a doe I shot last year.I just trimmed around the eaten portion and I ate it with no problems.
    Done the same.I've ate Road Kill in worse shape.

    If it was acold night I don't see a problem eating it.As stated trim around eaten area and save the rest.

    Looks more like a buck than a doe, but I wouldn't try to save any meat.
