To me. Its all part of the experiance. It teaches the young that we hunt for more than just horns. I take a few deer each season and the spud is usally good for one or two. We use the best parts of the deer for hamburg. I think too many people see this as something to do with the scrapes. We use the burger more than anything and have done whole deer as such (well not the back straps, be like a sin). It is a famiy affair at my house .
