Default Tx buck

Menard Co.8 pt.buck taken at 80 yds Marlin 3030 open sights.This guy presented himself 3 different times over an hour. My scopegot bumped. After 2 failed shots,I removed the scope and shot him in the neck. Notice leftG2 shot off.

You guys will love hunting the Hill Country. The deer are thick as fleas...

My son started hunting with me at 12. He's 14 now and has harvested 3 does, and got his first buck this year. See the "Texas Hill Country Buck" thread.
