Is this Normal? and did i do right?
anyways it was really windy during the night i woke up to the phone ringing with my nebigor saying we had a buck hung up in the fence. by the time i rolled out of bed and threw a coat on the man down the road had gotten him loose. after a close eximination we relized that he had severed his spine some how, he was parilized from about the waist down. anyways while we were waiting for the Game and Fish to show up i noticed the other buck that hangs around (a 7x8 with about a 31-34" spread) walking up to the injuired and start sparring with him then he moved to its hind end and started stabbing it. the injuired buck was clearly in pain and was bleeding. so i went out to the porch and grabbed the closest thing i could find wiitch was a larger than normal chunk of gravel and hurled it as hard as i could and hit it right between the running lights and it took off, the other deer looked at me with a sign of relif so i went in and had breakfast soon my dog started barking so i looked out the window just in time to see that big buck come around the corner so i went out and hotted and hallord and it took of again and i never saw it again but the injured buck was taken care of and it was all good. what do u guys think?

Can't really say that I believe this one. Or that if you throw a piece of gravel at a deer and hit him between the eyes he would EVER come back. Ohh and btw where exactly is the waist on a deer? Is it above or below the belt that holds his pants on?

Weird story, deer have gotten stuck in fences, I saw a mount at the Buckhorn saloon in San Antonio, Texas, of a whitetail that had gotten it's rack stuck in a barbed-wire fence, so the owner of the saloon, shot it, and had the deer, with the barbed wire, mounted, it looked quite cool.
