Havest what you're comfortable with. But, I guarantee you can cut that fawn meat with the "handle" of a butter knife. They taste just as good as well.

take which ever of them gives you the best shot! the fawns are most definetly capable of fending for themselves! if mom hasent run them off yet she will soon! good luck and good hunting!
