Default Hunting in the Carolinas

I am a yankee moving to North Carolina and am completely ignorant about hunting there. Is there anyone here that can recommend a good guide service in this region?

What part of NC? What are you needing a guide for? Deer or more than that? (Bear, hogs, turkey?)
