Age and score of these KY bucks
Guys what do you think these two will go and thier ages. I feel like the biggest will score around 140 and is probably only 3.5. The other deer looks to be an old deer with a smaller rack. Anyway, I feel you guys are some of the best at aging and scoring deer by picture. The second deer has already shed his velvet. Looks like recently the rack is still bloody.
Thanks,
Kevin

RE: Age and score of these KY bucks
I'm not good at scoring bucks at all, but as far as age goes, I'd say the estimate of 3.5 or so on the big 8 and I think the second deer is probably a 2.5-3.5 year old buck. In my experience, older bucks when they start going downhill will keep mass and width for awhile but lose tine length first.
Just my thoughts.

Well i'd say the first buck would be about 3.5 years old and around 150ish. The second buck i'd guess to be around 2.5 or 3.5 and around 115 ish, like i said im just guessing around there so im not exactly positive..
