I have been using one for years and love it. I made my own something like the picture above but I used wheelchair wheels and also added the brake to mine it does help going down a hill. I used square tubing and bolted it together at the time I first made mine I worked in a place I could get used tubing free so it cost me nothing and the wheels were given to me by a friend. It isnt really that hard to make them but as the price keeps droping it is cheaper to buy then build unless you can get it free.
