Vitamin B 1 gets rid of mosquitoes.
There's an expensive patch available .It is simply saturated in vitamin B 1. The mosquitoes still land but don't bite. I plan to take a double dose by mouth and try it out.I'll let you all know the results. You can't OD on B 1
The B vitamins are obsorbed in your blood stream. This would be great if it works.

RE: Vitamin B 1 gets rid of mosquitoes.
My mom had my sister and I taking B1 vitamins by the handful as kids and I still had craploads of mosquito bites. Once I stopped taking them I never noticed a difference.
I'd weigh the cost of buying an expensive patch with their evidence and take their "evidence" with a grain of salt. Ask any pharmaceutical company, when you're paying for the research, you're probably going to get the results you wanted.[:@]
If you're peeing dark green, you're taking wayyyyyyy too much.

The mosquitoes are so bad up here this year that I think you would have to have about 10 patches on. While scouting this weekend there were so many on my facemask I could hardly see through. It's been around 100 degrees for the last couple of days and should be for the next couple of days. Hopefully that will kill some of them off.
