Getting excited
I just recieved and read the new Petersons Hunting Magazine and it was awesome. There are tons of stories, advice, and techniques included in its pages. It got me really pumped for the upcoming season, especially the pictures of the monster bucks....I am gonna head outside and shoot the bow a little bit.
When do yalls deer seasons start, bow, muzzleloader or general firearm?

Excited.... if you want to get excited, step away from the PC, get out and start glassing the food sources! You wouldn't believe some of the impressive bucks that are starting to make regular appearences on the plots, beans, and alfalfa! Hunting mags don't do it but show me a monster buck trail cam pic or let me glass one for a few minutes just before dark and THAT makes me antsy for the season to get here! Good luck this Fall and stay busy.
