3 years huh? I've been hunting 20+ years at this poin and haven't killed that nice of a buck. Congratulations!

I must finally be doing something right. This is the first year i have seen any good bucks. It pays to do the research and sit still.

WOW JCB ... great buck and very nice symmetrical rack to boot!! One day I'll be lucky enough to take a trophy whitetail like this one ... some day soon I hope. How did the cape job turn out? I was told to not cut the throat to bleed 'em if I wanted to mount a deer - looks like you cut it's throat, right?

Im still waiting for the guy to get here to cape him out. No, i didnt cut his throat. It has a bullit hole in his neck from the kill shot. I had to put a second round in him because he didnt want to lay down and wait for me.LOL I lost a big one once... Hopfully never again.
