I don't think that we even needed a poll to determine that the whitetail would be the favorite. Maybe the poll should have been your favorite deer outside of whitetail?

Well the above statement is what I was referencing to...they are all classified as cervids which make them DEER. To me you sounded like you were poking fun at the poll. As far as my comment about your lack of knowledge based onhistory, the fact your inexperienced and acting otherwise isn't anything new, i personally don't like such traits. I don't consider myself a master hunter but I have some experience under my belt and chased many species. If you view that as a direct challenege your ego is much worse than I thought. I've only ever shot white-tail deer but I have hunted for sika deer in Eastern Maryland (didn't see any). I hope to hunt both elk and mule deer when I get more time and money
