RE: Where can I find a moon phase calendar?
Better yet... Go to WalMart and buy a Casio "Fish in Time" Explorer wrist watch. About $35. You plug in your lat and long, GMT offset and it will continuously tell you where the moon is in relation to YOU. Also, you can scan forward and backward to see when and where it will be days ahead of time. Plus it tells you sunrise and sunset. Plus other feature like time, alarm, stopwatch, etc... It is designed for fishermen and gives a rating on how good the fishing should be but is perfect if you want to know where the moon is. It also tells you the moon age. Check it out.
