That would be .......negative. I can't see how someone would forget. I look so forward to it months before....scouting, cleaning gun, checking stands, etc.

Never for me too. Sighting in is part of my yearly preparation before the hunt. I even pattern my shotgun before turkey season just to make sure everything is set.

Maybe 1 or 2 rounds before season..I can honestly say that it's never been off from the first time I sight them in...Myrifle I use faithfully is my 7mm and it goes into a well padded gun case after every hunt day...For my other rifles they are in a gun cabinet and never get used or bumped around that much(deer Rifles)...I load my own ammo and that helps with keeping them accurate year after year.....

Never. I could never feel comfortable without knowing my rifle was shooting correctly. That includes my back-up rifle.

Thats the most unethical unsportsman thing I have ever heard of!!!
How could you go into the woods not knowing where your gun is hitting. The best case you could miss. Think about the horriable suffering you could cause such a great animal. This post discusses me!!!!!!!!!!!

Open sighted bird guns? No.

Scoped guns? Yes to make sure the scope/mounting haven't been bumped or nudged. Just a couple to make sure POI is where I remember it.
