Default When to move the stand?

Got a stand set on fence row close to the funnel. All summer the deer have been moving across the area. Deer moved through it until the the first full week in October. I tried to keep the area clean with low impact intrusion but now it has been walked over by a few people not using scent control. I fear the deer are staying away, now that my stand is up and in place. I have five scent products in front of me and am wondering if it is too late for this spot or can the scents overcome the human intrusion and draw the deer back in. Do I have a chance or should I move.

Default RE: When to move the stand?

sooner....get rid of all that scent cover. That may be your trouble. After a rain human scent will be gone.
I never use any attracant scent and oder control is the best defence.
I want nothing but whats normal to the deer and that means I want the deer to smell nothing I bring in the woods. Use your knowledge of deer and let that be your primary tactic.
I see deer almost everyday using this philsophy.
