i'd jus do what everyone else is saying. a girl asked if i wanted to go to homecoming last year, i turned her down cause i wanted to go bowhunting.

Tell her about Farmers and hunters feeding the hungry, that way she feels somewhat comfortable because you are feeding the hungry. I date a vegetarian so im in the same boat as you dude.
